By accessing and using Snapfini ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately stop using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Snapfini provides a Platform as a Service (PaaS) allowing developers to deploy, host, and manage web applications and databases. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree NOT to use Snapfini to:

• Host or distribute malware, ransomware, or malicious code.
• Operate cryptocurrency mining scripts.
• Host phishing pages or engage in spam campaigns.
• Host illegal, copyright-infringing, or highly objectionable content.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate termination of your account and deletion of your hosted assets without refund.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis. By upgrading to a paid tier, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method. Downgrading your account may result in the loss of features or capacity (e.g., loss of custom domains or database storage), and we do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle downgrades.

5. Uptime and Liability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Snapfini shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, data loss, or the inability to use the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the code and data you deploy to Snapfini. We claim no ownership over your hosted applications.
